I think this is the worst application I’ve ever used Honestly it needs to be updated or completely replaced. I encountered many problems with it. It’s been now more than a week trying to login after it had stopped all of a sudden, and I’m still trying to have it fixed but in vain.

I am not able to update the new updates and it’s stop working

I don’t know what to say; you guys don’t have a good website neither you have a good app. The app and the website look like a kid who was trying to develop a scratch game. You guys don’t even have the Apple Pay feature yet! All the other banks in Kuwait had it on day one. The app looks from the 70s and the website is just an absolute joke. Please improve your UI and hire a different development staff if you can’t do any of the modern UI’s or even design a modern website. Please don’t respond to me and tell me to call someone because at this point, you guys are a joke when it comes to development.
