Been using NBK for a while now and I love how the bank has evolved in the last 4 years or so from an image of old and traditional to modern , relevant and strong as ever ..the app is super easy to use, love dark mode cos it’s so easing on the eyes and the features like quick pay and applying for cards through the app make it so easy to use - kudos to all the people behind this app! The only negative I would say is that sometimes on weekends I notice the login screen takes very long to work .

The face id is not working and the self service icon also not open when pressed in it ! Why there is no rename or editing for the account if i have many accounts if there is way to edits the accounts name or add nick name so i can know each account is what I rename it

It’s ok, the biometric recognition to be used as a password alternative is an excellent feature. It’s best used to avoid inserting the actual password especially when logged on public wifi, like hotels. Etc. However, it would be better if the following improvement are added: 1- make the prepaid cards to show permanently like the other cards and accounts without having to press on it to show them as a drop down menu. 2- to show the amount of money on hold in the prepaid credit cards and to which company. 3- when searching the previous transfers, please make the details and information which were added when the transfers were made available.
