Like WHY ARE THERE SO MANY LEVELS LIKE WHY
Confirmed paying to remove the ads does remove them completely... maybe it didn’t before but now it does
Sorry, I had to use that title, just for this review to stand out ;) So, I've read through the AppStore reviews so far for 99 Rockets in terms of the advertisement issue. Since I have not yet bought the ad removal IAP due to the comments, I can't say for sure if what I'm reading is factual. If these comments are accurate though, the ad removal IAP should ABSOLUTELY remove the ads for the save progress feature. This almost sounds like a glitch or a big oversight, because not doing so is simply ridiculous. I've also read some complaints about there being "too many" ads, which is a separate issue entirely. The fact of the matter is that ad removal IAP is a fantastic business model for a free to download game (as long as no other in-game IAP are used) if people would just use it. You pay for the removal and the game effectively becomes a Premium app. So, excluding the issue of ads remaining for the save progress (which, again, must be fixed), the frequency of the ads is not a matter of "complaint" whatsoever when the game is free and you haven't paid for them to be removed. The game itself is quite good. It's basically an on-rails sniper-esque shooter with an emphasis on accuracy and timing. The presentation is minimalist, yet polished, with spooky little sounds effects that help set the mood. The gameplay is kept fresh with varying types of shots. I look forward to seeing just how far this concept is taken, because the possibilities are endless. Just fix the ad issue pertaining to the save progress so the reviews start to reflect the quality of the game.
You’ve got 99 rockets, there are 99 targets! Hit all targets and you will complete the game. It’s as simple as that… if you have super human skills...
