I would have given this game all five stars but the price coins is terrible and how you handle your tournament results is lousy. The coins for this game is the most expensive of any other game I have ever played. I’m saying that because the value for your money is terrible and you never have sales. Come on please review your prices or offer a special once in awhile. Also I hate that you lose your tournament rewards if not collected within 24 hours. Sometimes I cannot get back to the game in exactly 24 hours and when I come back there’s nothing there. I used a lot of coins to play and closed the game in first place with a sizable lead over the second place player. I come back to the game and nothing, that’s not fair. This has happened many times. I don’t think your practice is fair , shame on you!

The game was going fine until for some reason it kept making me do the welcome to the game tutorial and I would lose all the cards I had saved up for the bonus goals. When I contacted them about the issue the representative wouldn’t believe me because there was no way I was a level 15 and having to do that tutorial over again. After trying to get her to understand the issue of me losing these cards and having to start fresh, that the game would go so far as to give me the first three boxes without wait again, just to get her to believe me about the issue her reply was what a handy problem to have to get those boxes for free again. She completely ignored the fact that I had lost all the cards to begin with. A sorry to hear this I will put a request in to my technical team would have made me a lot happier then that response.
