Love this game and have played for quite a while. This has never happened..won over two million not once, but twice on the bonus wheel and was never paid. After writing to them I was told it wasn’t their software problem and gave me ten thousand as a consolation prize. Unbelievable 😡 not to mention it makes me feel like they think I made it up to get money! I will continue to play this game because it’s the best but their customer service really left a bad taste in mouth!! I will say this also..I thought about paying to play the wheel and will never do that as who knows if I will get the prize!!
