I love being able to see all the parking options downtown & pick what is closest to our event. The check out was a simple easy process. Was able to extend our time through the app & enjoy the event longer.

BE WARNED: You CANNOT delete your license plate or credit card from this app manually. Instead, you have to jump through a bunch of ridiculous and tedious hoops just to get this removed. What kind of app doesn’t let you just hold down on a card or even swipe to delete it? Who on earth designed this?? I submitted a data deletion request, got a confirmation email that contained a “link to view my case” that doesn’t even work. I’ve submitted another request via their ticketing system, and now I just have to wait. I will keep pestering them until my information is permanently deleted, I’m not letting my credit card just sit out there. 717, whatever developers you have on this app, fire them. Users should have full control over their payment methods, they should not be locked into your app and only removable when an entire account gets deleted. I only used this because another parking pass I had purchased also had issues and this one was advertised all over the lot near Amalie Arena. Safe to say I am never using this again whenever I see a Lightning Game, ridiculous process to get user information deleted.

We arrived to the parking lot for a concert and there was a long line just to pay. They had a sign saying to down load the app so I did so we can ski the line. I put all the info in and payed within a minute. We did end up paying 30 cents more but whatever. Lol they also tell you how much time you have left at your parking and if you forget where you parked, you can just find the zone you typed in and guide you back to your parking lot. Very helpful!
