3AW asks for feedback but never seems to improve the app - two years on I still have the same issues. The constant ads every time I turn on the live feed are beyond frustrating - especially if I simply change AirPods or change from phone speaker to AirPods you’re subjected to start up ads - again! REALLY frustrating when you’ve been listening to something and miss the end due to ads. Also the app seems to have a bug that causes the feed to rewind and replay about the previous 10 seconds. It happens sporadically and at odd times. Further, you can be listening to the feed for sometime when an ad suddenly plays over the feed. Again really frustrating when you’re listening to something you’re really interested in. Very amateur.Getting a bit tired of the constant shuffling of fill in hosts. Stick to one in each slot. Glad Tony Moclair has scored afternoons. Disappointed Heidi Murphy and Justin Smith have been overlooked. Tom Elliot used to delve into issues in detail and undertake detailed interviews but has now succumbed to the 3 question “interview” and then move through callers without really debating and discussing issues as he used to do. If he doesn’t change back to his older style I’ll be moving on from mornings next year. I’ve already left 3AW on Saturday mornings and given up the Weekend break on Saturday and Sunday as I can’t stand the babble and over talking of good and interesting guests. Looking forward to some more substantial and well researched content going forward.

When logging on iPhone app on 3AW listening to Eddie Mguire about Lexus I find very annoying. I don’t mind adds but at times I log on at news time and miss part of the news in the process. Have listened to 3AW all my life. I find your station does not do news bulletins properly at times and cuts part of the news bulletin off. Love listening to breakfast radio weekdays between 5.30 am through to 8.30 am. Having more prizes or competitions would be a great insentive to listen. As a young person injured at work and living on a disability support pension I would like to speak to someone about challenges faced and lack of compensation made available and intervention orders handed down on people in Victoria. I would love to be kept anonymous and find your station to be my favourite station overall. Normally I would rate your station full stars. Don’t feel comfortable calling as I could be identified. Having a anonymous comments section on your app in regards to important issues to follow in the community would appeal to me as a listener and random prizes for your contribution would be fantastic. Thanks for your time and giving me the chance to voice my opinion.

As many others have said, the app drops out regularly then starts up with the same old annoying voice over ads. Also the news articles automatically play videos without choosing to, which again spoils the radio content your listening to. Furthermore, the articles need to be “proof read” before posting as the spelling and grammar is just terrible. Not very professional for a number 1 media association. On other topics, I think Neil Mitchell has reached his “best before” date, Ross and Russ are fantastic, Dee Dee is great and Tom Elliot should be Prime Minister.
