Zomato Restaurant Partner

I have never been so annoyed. I keep on raising tickets no one is calling me back for my issue the email i sent and responded to keeps sending the same mails again and again in response. They close the ticket without even contacting me once. Before onboarding they were on their knees calling me after I’ve made the payment they have abandoned. I am so sure that most of the reviews here are paid.

Took Rs. 7000 for onboarding but no support at all. My outlet has been pending for last 4 days, every time they ask for new correction in menu / photos. Zero response on chat and calls. In comparison, Swiggy charged less than Rs. 1000 and made my outlet LIVE in just 24 hours with full support. Zomato's onboarding process is harassing new restaurant partners. Highly disappointed. If you are a new owner, think 10 times before paying 7000.

After a long wait FINALY able to accept orders and mark ready, but no notifications.. you won’t be able to even know if there is a order until and unless you open the app , no ringtone also ..
