I’ve tried a bunch of fitness apps and programs and this one has exactly what I need: Programs based on different goals that make it easy to find what I need no matter what’s going on that day! All of the exercises have instructional videos and there’s a helpful calendar.
I love the App. Sometimes the hardest thing about working out is finding a program that works. I have followed Nick through his CrossFit career and now use his Dad Fit program through the Zeus Method app. I love it. Workouts are short and I like the fact I don’t have to think about what to do. It has easy to follow instructions along with a video to show you how to do the movements.
