Thundr App

I love this app and my ability to switch between programs depending on the time and equipment I have available to me. It’s keeping me consistent in my health and fitness routine!!! The built in features such as rest timers, set timers, and the ability to get nutrition coaching and resources all in one app is impressive! Can’t wait to see what other features there are as I get more accustomed to it with continued use. Love the gainzzzz I’m making too, thanks to the coaches and programming!

Loving this app! Great programming options with flexibility to make it fit your day. Easy to follow through a workout and love the rest timer (no more watching the wall clock!) Great movement videos that make following programming easy, without leaving the apps like other platforms make you do. Looking forward to dig into the in app resources like ebooks, recipes, podcasts and coaching. Love that they are all in one place!

The app is great. I love the rest timer. The choice of programs is awesome and helpful. I really like the all-in-one subscription option which gets me actual nutrition coaching. And the extra resources are great. The THUNDR team is great when you have questions and are super responsive. Great community features as well.
