The best app for yoga, Pilates, movement, and alignment I’ve ever found! It's perfect for someone in their 50s who wants to maintain mobility. I witnessed my mom become immobile due to back problems and other issues. She was much more susceptible to Covid and ultimately passed away from a lung disease, despite having no previous lung problems. I've been fairly inactive for the past seven years while taking care of parents and kids. This app is beneficial for all ages, but it's especially important for those over 50. I have a background in running, aerobics, Pilates, and yoga, so I can say that the movement exercises in Merge may take a few tries to get right, but it doesn't take long. They are wonderful for mobility, balance and I sweated. It's easy to follow yet incredibly helpful for someone like me. Thank you!

I’ve practiced yoga for several years and tried many different apps. YogiApproved is my favorite and the only one I use now. There is variety in classes and ability. What I like most though is that the majority of the shorter classes include a warmup section. With other apps, if a class is 20-30 minutes long, there is little to no warmup before beginning major movements. My body needs a bit of warmup and stretching first. I highly recommend YogiApproved!

This is a review of the app itself. The content on here is great! The problem is there is no way to search for content. There is no way to filter content. There is no way to favorite content. There is no way to save content to view later. I also cannot find an easy way to provide feedback to the developer. There are no settings option in the app - probably because this app is just a video repository. To the developer: This is a paid app which has been out for ~ 1 year now? If you are going to charge people to use your app, at the very least it should have, or should have been updated with by now, the very basic features I have described above. I am glad you are focused on getting new content out the door, but it’s time to fucus on the app. If you don’t have someone in IT building this app for you, please invest. If you do, I can only imagine they are very bored at this point.
