Yoga Plus by Psychetruth

I found Julia on you tube and downloaded this app because she was on it. I just finished the yoga for weight loss program and I loved it. It was challenging and so satisfying. I looked forward to it every day. This app has changed my life and I can’t wait to finish the second 30 day program I just started.

I am surprised at how often I find myself on this app! I regularly use the Yoga for Stress and Sleep series, but recently ventured into other parts of the app and found that they also produce a podcast that isn’t solely about yoga, but a wide range of health and wellness topics. It has been a life changer!

This app is PPAACCKKKEEDDD with seriously game changing yoga series and wellness transformations. I went into the 30 day series expecting a grueling process but it was actually SURPRISINGLY rewarding throughout not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. A little patience goes a long way with yoga and THIS APP HELPS ALOT!! I’ve been recommending it to all my friends and fam for New Years resolutions lol.
