I have an iPhone 17 pro max and no matter what I do, I can’t get this app to connect to my BH76 Plus. It works correctly on my old iPhone 15 but I’m trading that in so soon I won’t be able to control my headset beside with the app on my computer which is completely inconvenient. But hey, first word problems, right.

I read the other review about it, not connecting to their phone. I did not have this issue at all. It is connected and the options that it gives you. Nice flexibility of how you want the headset to manage itself. I did a software update through the app and it executed perfectly. I’ve made a couple of phone calls and I’ve asked people what the quality. Of my voice is and they say it’s excellent. I get this product and the software five stars.

The app has you click on the type of headset, then says pair, go to Bluetooth settings and come back to the app. The app doesn’t move forward after being paired like three times. I deleted the and it still doesn’t move forward. The headset is paired and in use the app to control personalized settings isn’t moving forward to the next step.
