The app is simple to use and the captioning is excellent—quick and accurate!! As someone with a severe hearing loss, I’ve used it in restaurant settings and other noisy venues and it’s been a real game changer for me with wonderful results. I’ve also contacted customer service with a few questions about future applications and the response quick friendly and helpful.

UPDATE: Thank you for fixing this! App seems to be loading just fine now. Very much appreciated! —————- I was SUPER excited about this, but I can’t get the app to open on my ipad or on the iPhones of several friends. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times and it just freezes on the load screen. I really want this to work because I’m super hard of hearing and this plus the glasses would be a life changer for me. Any ideas?

Wow! Thank goodness someone finally made an app for hearing impaired that’s actually user friendly. My husband has auditory processing disorder as well as partial hearing loss from his service in the military and this apps helps so much. It’s so easy to use and discrete so it’s not obnoxious like other hearing loss tools. I like that it connected so easily to my google account. Also liked the pause feature and the language diversity. I’ll be recommending this to everyone I know.
