XLKash Lending - Cash Loan App

I have been using the app and my experience include receiving unlimited text messages, some just rightfully reminding you of your obligation but mostly harassing and threatening. I have been using this app for few months already and have availed of several reloans. I am a good payer. The most recent is I paid one day in advance my other loan (i have multiple loans btw), so i was offered a new reloan which i took. I have another one due tomorrow yet, but as early as the morning rises, i have been receiving phone calls from different numbers which i tried to answer once, it mentioned about paying in advance my due tomorrow for XLkash so I can avail of the higher loan offer. As i wasn’t interested and planned to pay my due tomorrow yet, calls keep coming from i think almost a hundred different numbers. Some answers are voice recorded and others are just blank calls. As of writing, it’s already early evening so i just settled it anyway to avoid receiving calls from different numbers, yet I am still receiving phone calls up to this time. Isn’t your system updated?

I was only trying to apply for a small emergency loan of around ₱1,000, but during the process the app suddenly showed a ₱4,000 credit with a fixed repayment plan that I never specifically selected or clearly agreed to. There also didn’t seem to be any proper option to adjust the loan amount or repayment terms before reaching the final confirmation screen, which made the whole flow feel unclear and a bit misleading. I did not proceed with the application and immediately exited and uninstalled the app. Yung loan amounts and repayment terms ay nagpapakita lang sa final stage without clear prior selection. The app’s FAQ also states that once a loan application is initiated, it may no longer be cancellable, raising concerns regarding transparency and user control. Sa lahat ng makakabasa nito, please take this as a warning and a reminder lang. Wag kayo magpapabudol or magpapadala agad, especially when it comes to apps like this. Double check everything before linking your personal accounts, and make sure you fully understand what you’re agreeing to. Stay alert, stay smart, and protect yourselves from unnecessary hassle✌️

At furst it was so good but after paying the first 4 terms and when I try to borrow again for emergency and I haven't paid for the first term since I need to pay for the extra bill for the medical bill you guys suddenly harrased people even if I already sent you an email saying that I cannot pay yet, what do you guys even expecr other people do, steal from other people then use the money to pay you, if you people can at least check emails and understand for a moment then we are good, I know the business runs like that but considering people or customer is a must also.
