Mega Peso-PesoCash&Lending App

I totally agree with those clients who raise their complaints about collection practice of this lending app. The constant calling on the day of your due date, asking the time when to pay, and sending messages with threatening and insulting undertones to pressure you to pay right away are downright UNACCEPTABLE and are POOR customer skills. I think this lending company has forgotten that we, the clients, pay an EXORBITANT INTERESTS for the loan. You have NO RIGHT to do that to clients. Your collection agents treat the clients as if they are not paying interest, and that it gives them right to be HARSH in the way they collect payment. The contact numbers that are in the app are not the numbers that are used to contact the client. The usual response of the app is that they do not tolerate such practice and encourage the client to send an email and provide evidence to support the claim. But, they are still keeping the old practice of collecting - unceasing calls, harsh and rude messages with inherent motives to shame the borrower so he/she will be pressured to pay right away. I do hope you change this practice.

I do not recommend this app! My due date is today, their strategy is a CS will call you politely and ask about your payment, a text message reminding you of your loan due identifying that it’s from Mega peso. But here’s the twist, they would also send messages from other numbers harassing you to pay before 3pm or else they will contact your references or other means for you to get disturbed and uses languages like people aren’t educated and like you’re talking to someone who is like “Tambay na siga sa kanto”. If you message them through email of course they would deny it stating that the text message didn’t come from them since their name is not mentioned in it. And it might come from other apps that i’m using. To note, I only have mega peso due today. So sino mega pes pagbibintangan nyo? Baguhin nyo style nyo maxadong halata. By the way, i searched for the cp number on the internet and found out a post about it, the same strategy and the same app posted by a customer who also uses onlu mega peso

i've barrowed from mega peso several times already and they have always helped during cash emergencies. i am very grateful for their reliable service , which is why i'm giving this reveiws. i'm not connected to their staff or management, i'm just a satisfied customer sharing my experienced and i want to help others also. what I appreciate the most is their professional approach to payment reminders. their representatives are polite, respectful and patient, unlike other lending apps. that's why i highly recommend mega peso esp those who needs immediate cash.
