Word Chain Reaction

Anytime I try to get a help such a hint for a synonym or description and there are two ads it fails. After the first ad, it opens a window to download the game but it opens a completely different game from the one shown in the ad. Click the X and it closes the ad window and does not give any hint. This has been happening for about two weeks now. VERY frustrating. It also happens when I try to play older days in the month of daily games.

For the third time now in the last couple of weeks, I have lost all my progress as well as all the coins I built up. Including the holiday event. This game also has a habit of not fully logging progress because I had a good streak going but every month there’s at least one day that remains blue even if I completed it. It’s a shame cause this game was really fun while it lasted but I’m not gonna be motivated to keep playing anymore if my progress just keeps getting wiped out every other dang day. There really needs to be a button to manually save progress since the app fails to do it for you so this does not keep happening to me or anyone else who decides to play. PLEASE fix this! Update: It had been working well the last couple of days so I was able to get progress back from july all the way through mid November but once again this afternoon it stopped working again! I have emailed about the issue and never got a response back. This issue is ridiculous and most certainly NOT fixed

Every single month there’s at least one day that remains blue despite being complete. This is over several months. Otherwise a fun game!
