This app is terrible - unfortunately it doesn’t reflect well on the business.
There is no way to stay signed in, very frustrating to enter my password everyday. The app is confusing, I’m ever sure where to find anything. I’d like to be able to send a message to the walker, not just the management.
What is this app? It is like a database port for the phone. No design or thoughtful usability. The text is so small I struggle to read it, and some of the buttons targets are so small there is no way I have confidence I am clicking the right one. It is also confusing, I feel like we need training to use it. Please hire a usability or design shop to put some thought behind these screens, it could be so much easier and fun to use!
