MoeGo: Pet Business Suite

I love this app and software! I opened my own salon and started with MoeGo at that time. It made everything so easy! Everything I need is in one spot (appointments, notes, sales, point of sale, messaging, etc). My clients have told me that they like how easy it is to book online and that the design of the software on their end is clean and smart to use. My business looks professional, even if I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing running a business. 🤣 Another huge plus is that support is available 24/7. Anytime I need to ask a question, someone at MoeGo is available to help. I hesitated to go with MoeGo because it was much more expensive than other booking apps available. After trying out many different platforms, MoeGo was clearly the best to use. It was made specifically for groomers; I’m not trying to make a hairstylist app work for grooming. Just do it. Get MoeGo. You won’t regret it.

MoeGo truly is the best groomer’s assistant! The developers have created an amazing platform for us busy groomers. MoeGo is just the perfect solution to run your business smoothly on a daily basis for either mobile or salon, or both. The app/system is so easy to navigate. Everything is at your fingertips. Super easy to create client and pet profiles just with one click from the form your client fills out directly from your website. The client and pet data is easily accessible for a quick text or call. Send ETA’s. Google, Apple and Waze maps integrated helping you get to your clients in a most convenient and efficient manner with a smart scheduling features. Send mass texts to your clients. Send reminders. Easy and efficient way to track your sales, payments and tips. You have the option to securely save cc on file for easy payments in the absence of the client. Also to collect no show or cancellation fees to protect you from loss of revenue. You have the option to inactive clients you no longer service but wish to keep the data saved. They make it easy for you run payroll if you mange employees. Everything is customizable. The customer service is top notch. They’re very responsive and professional. I really love the whole concept of this app. It really gives me peace to have it because mobile grooming scheduling is hard to keep up with, if you don’t have the app. They are always working on improving and they’re team is really helpful, they have 24/7 support and any question you have for any reason, you can just ask them in they’re support chat. They usually respond whatever doubt you may have pretty fast and are open to feed back to make our app even better! What I don’t like is their messages system. I wish we could still have an option to have the “auto messages option” but to redirect the message to the iPhone messages. I have an iPhone and have unlimited text but have to constantly buy text messages from MoeGo and they are expensive. The amount they offer is really limited compared with other apps that online book. I used to have a salon and the other app I used had 1500 included messages it was helpful because I also didn’t have a mobile phone, I used a comercial line phone and had an iPad for appointments. I do run a mobile grooming now and needed a mobile phone. If they give us that option it would literally be great because no other app like MoeGo for this job. ❤️ Very grateful this app exist.
