Wood Block Puzzle.

I have tried just about all of the Woody Puzzles and this one is the most challenging and fun. It also has a lot less ads which I would pay to get rid of!

Very similar to other games like it. I like that there are 3 forms of play available however the Gem Mode is like the classic since you rarely get a gem to help you. I’d like to see an option to rotate the blocks or even know that has a timer. One thing I do like about this app over others is you are not bombarded with ads. That being said. I don’t like that this is the only game I play that I can’t play Apple Music in the background while playing the game. It automatically stops the music, even though my sounds settings are turned off.

The difference between this game and similar games is that the balance between luck and skill falls far more towards skill than any of it’s competitors. It does this by feeding new blocks individually than three all at once letting you ignore blocks that are obviously game enders and bringing up new blocks that can be used to make room for blocks that you previously could use. Also, it is far less likely to serve you up the same block configuration time after time just to get you to loose. For me, the more a game relies on brain power rather than luck, the better the puzzle.
