I don't know, maybe I'm just hungry and that brings out the inner frustration I have with the app. 😅 But yeah, the people who code/design/have jobs that can pay bills are lacking at least with the IOS app. Instead of telling me I cant order food for pick-upoff the bat, why would I want to pre order food for another day like that's common? Does that make sense that when I'm on an order now screen I should probably be in a separate category hard to reach because I don't understand how dumb of an idea it was to have a calendar selection screen as an immediate feature not even a catering order. "Dang, I cant order anything today, but it preselected tomorrow for me. Well I will be hungry at some point tomorrow, I guess I'll save the date for 15 chicken wings. 🤡" Auto password/username fill is junk programmed, in features are very poor and hard to come back to, do your job and fix it because its not up to par at all. Restaurant and whoever supplies the company is top notch I love Wings and Rings and you guys are a stellar wing place, Gotta shoutout the front lines too, fix your app

Went to the. Port Charlotte Florida restaurant today with my Romeo club. ( retired old men eat out) lol. We had an absolute well all around lunch. Caylie Waited on all 14 of us on a straight table setup with NO issues Drinks we’re full and 40 o/o off on Tuesday in April on certain wings was a Bonus. Haven’t had great wings like this since my system at Archie Moores in New Haven. Recommend especially on Tuesday n April. Tiny

We’ve read mixed reviews on the Frankfort Wings and Rings and decided to check it out. Logan, our server, is definitely one of the all-time best! I wanted a cocktail but couldn’t decide between several and he recommended the blueberry lemonade with Tito’s vodka. It was absolutely delicious! We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were served within minutes. The chicken sandwich was perfect - the bun was buttered and grilled, which makes a huge difference to a blah bun in my opinion. My sandwich came with the right amount of dill pickles and a spicy mayo that had a nice amount of heat without being over the top. The hand cut French fries were good but nothing beats Penn Station fries, IMO. All in all, an excellent experience and we will be back!
