Wim Hof Method: Breathwork

I started reading the Wim Hof method book recently and am absolutely loving it. I have tried many of the protocols and they truly allow you to connect to your inner ability to heal your body and do the unthinkable. The app so far has been incredible. The only two critiques I have are one, I wish I had access to more before I had to pay. I’m in high school and don’t have the funds for the full experience but would love to do all I can. Then two, I wish the community section had something like posts that people made so you could start following others and talking about the method. I don’t know any other people who practice the method and until I get friends and family hooked it would be awesome if I could find other people in the community who I could communicate with for a sense of community and power as a people. Other than those two things the app is wonderful and has made putting the practice into action far easier. Wim’s story and method have both impacted my life and the way I experience the world so strongly. I am definitely going to save up all my money this summer and put it towards one of wim’s two day experiences, it’s that great!!

This app is a great way to better your health. Wim Hof is amazing!! I cannot put into words how great the breathing part of this app is, I choose to do it listening to Wims soothing voice. Three rounds of 40 deep breaths minimum every morning no matter what starts my day off great then when I have time, I do five to ten rounds like he says you get high on your own supply( the most I have ever done is 21 rounds of 30 breaths it was magical). It’s a great way to change your mood and better your day. And the app has so much more from being able to log daily push-ups another exercises, and the cold showers. I normally would never write a review for any apps, but Wim Hof truly changed my life for the better. How I’ve grown as a person and been able to handle life and thoughts through the meditation. I’ve learned through his breathing like I said before I cannot put into words. After watching more interviews and documentaries about the man is hard not to fall in love with him. I’m truly grateful to him for the way. He has changed my life for the better and I look forward to what life can bring now with his methods used on a daily basis.

I’ve had this app for years and honestly...I squandered it. There are so many amazing features that will actually push you towards self growth & in an environment that grows more malicious with each passing generation I found it a great tool for keeping myself center in all the commotion and chaos. That being said I didn’t use the app for sometime having lost my will to improve on a daily basis. Now I’ve returned and wanted to reintroduce the WHM app into my daily routine however upon returning to the app I see it’s now functioning on a subscription basis. WH is an amazing man who has already done so much for this world I’m not calling him or the app developers greedy per say rather I’m just pointing out that no one wanna pay for this boofy subscription. It’s just not immediately rewarding enough and I remember having all the features for free. What’s left for free is basically just a stopwatch which I already have on my phone. I’m not mad at anybody just mad at the state of the world, everything is becoming pay to play and no one can just sacrifice themselves for the good of the masses. I’m not saying those who have worked to bring the app and ideas to the public shouldn’t get paid I’m just saying the subscription is the reason I’m deleting this app & never looking back. I can’t afford another monthly charge and there are already so many things tryna get me to pay every month I don’t need some app to tell me how to breathe -_- WH if u reading this ily & please make this app a one time charge bc I would definitely buy it.
