WeStretch: Custom Stretches

I like this app, but the gamify aspect just annoys me and is a distraction. I stretch 6 days/week - and when I come back the beginning of the week, you pester me to buy a streak saver! Are you kidding me? Ridiculous. Make an option to opt out of this please.

This app sold me immediately on being able to help people recovering from injuries with pain relief and strengthening. I have a major knee injury and indicated all of the specifics on not being able to bend my right knee and the very first exercise I was given was not only doing a squat but squatting and then touching each bent knee to the ground… even if I could do that exercise (which I can’t so thanks for making me feel so defeated and upset over that) but if I could it would be so dangerous for me to do and likely re-injure me. So irresponsible! DONT MARKET YOURSELF FOR AN INJURED DEMOGRAPHIC IF YOU CANT MEET THEIR NEEDS RESPONSIBLY AND ETHICALLY!!!

I am the worst when it comes to sticking to routines, but this app actually made it easy. I usually do short 3-5 minute routines because that feels manageable. I do a stretching routine every couple of hours at work and it makes my days feel better!
