Westlake MyAccount

I financed with Westlake and made my payment online, received confirmation and I thought I was set. They don’t except first payment with a credit card or debit card, you must call in (found this out after they repossessed my SUV) to make this payment. I was informed that even if I would have let them do ACH, they would still had my car repoed. Payment was due on 7th of the month, I paid it after I got out of the hospital on the 11th, (I still had the confirmation number but they didn’t care about that) and they repoed my car on the 25th. I explained that no one had told me that when I called in that I needed to let them do my car payment. They told me I didn’t have insurance, so I emailed them a copy. The dealer listened to my entire conversation with Westlake, trying to handle the problem, they wanted me to pay cash the payment and still take my car. They even told the dealer that they and I needed to work that out; the dealer was telling them that is exactly what we were trying to do. Meanwhile, speaking to 8 different people from Westlake and everyone giving different opinions and none of it was about me keeping my car. Don’t finance anything with them, they will scam you, even the dealer said Westlake have done other customers that way. Lesson learned.

I hate to say it: I’m always getting scammed in the most mischievous as ways they’re charging me a car loan financing bill note 🙏🐀✍️Please bee careful what u signing up 🪑4🧻🧾🛒🚑there to say again ⚡️🔌Charging 👮🏼‍♀️out of pocket wondering what’s exactly going on at our town Human Resources office and history business organization to citizens or whatever whomever because I’ve noticed that my so called supposedly first car financing it from right way auto group was all a scam odors coming out of the car from needing coolant smelling 100% odor identity identifiable of car dealer salesman and others around me daily all these factors I don’t lie is traits identity identifiable just smelling combusting fuel odors from dryness of needing coolant-2nd fraudulent noticing of if I notice resources yes scientific elements resources from periodic charts of elements used to make the outer layer of car frame the steel silver chrome DNA identification identity traits me I swear if god was my judge and witness to ask of this type of trust truth testing if identity traits DNA of different worldly resources flowers element used in everyday merchandise distribution foods agriculture is it yet every day citizens among us today this is fraudulent I personally don’t lie or like to ignore such royalties to inherit yet when someone’s already making money off u or me yet charging me money fee due bill for something I’ve detected to inspect to notice have some type of traits at high percentage identity theft has just happened to become a daily business routine

This app is absolutely horrible. I have been charged late fees simply because there is no immediate way to verify or confirm if your payment with your card or bank information went through. Multiple times have I submitted a payment and after it says “thanks for payment” or “payment is good” but yet days after the payment due date, it would then tell you that the payment was not confirmed and you now owe us more money because of this. I would recommend to stay away from this lender until they decide to not have such a horrible application in place. Also side note, they charge you an additional 5 dollars for paying with a debit card through the app. What a crappy CA based company.
