Western Union Malaysia

Do not use Western Union – it’s a scam! I was a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I will never trust them again. I initiated a money transfer on July 12th, and the money was never delivered to the recipient. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now, and their customer support is completely useless. They keep making false promises that the refund will be processed within seven working days, but it has been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received my money back. Their customer care team keeps creating new cases but does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. This company is nothing but a thief, holding onto my money and providing no real support. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Western Union’s service. I warn everyone—stay away from Western Union if you value your money and sanity!

With this western union app, it makes transferring of funds to other countries so easy and fast! It says will take about 2 working days for the funds to go thru, but from my experience, it never took longer than 15 mins! Thats really fast. And the service charge is cheap too compared to banks Telegraphic Transfer. Highly recommended for those of you who always makes money transfers internationally. Thank you for making my life easier.

I have been doing this 5th times to verify my ID and it works, but when you upload your docs, it’s says “connection issues” or “technical failure” I’ve been doing this the past month and still same message show up. So what’s the point? I can only pay with cash, that’s is really sad. Please fix this problem and I’m highly recommend to fix this verification problem. It’s always stressful since I need to deposit my money everytime that I need to buy something. Also the customer service don’t know anything what this situation is, every customer service says “you should try pay in cash first and with your ID”. I already done that 5 times and tomorrow is my 6 times.
