WAVE 3 Louisville Weather

The last 2 updates of this weather app have downgraded the better features of the app. While you can still name locations, when actually going to the radar map, you now must zoom in versus previously going directly to the localized portion I had set up. The map will not save my alerts for each location no matter how many times I put it in and hit save. I’m not sure what the upgrades were for each time, but I sure miss being able to hometown view with alerts enabled. That was the whole point of using this app for me instead of one of the built in recommendations from the App Store. This radar map now looks constantly zoomed out and generic for the whole US, and leaves me greatly disappointed. Wrong direction Wave3, and another update like these and I’ll move on to something else. Go back to more localized, you say you are the “local” station, so please be that again! Stop trying to compete in tech and stay hometown!

As hard as they push this app in the broadcasts and commercials, you’d expect it to maybe give the actual news forecasts with expected snow totals etc. Instead you get the morning weather update that has a weatherman talk about traffic for 3 minutes and ending with “we will have the predicted snow totals coming up” , then another lengthy plug for this app (one the app) and then NO ACTUAL FORECAST! The next weather forecast video is 5 hours later and is once again the weatherman talking about traffic for 40 seconds along with an hourly bit showing snow every hour until freezing rain, but no totals predicted. This app was trash long ago and I deleted it long ago. I downloaded again ahead of this snowstorm only to find there is NO ACTUAL FORECAST AVAILABLE. It’s garbage and I’m deleting it for the last time. This is all besides the poor design, crashing and freezing that forces you to close and restart it, and most loathsome of all, they will only ever refer to the area in question as WAVE COUNTRY. Just how cheesy can you possibly get? Truly awful, lame, gag inducing, and makes me hate this app even more. No thanks!

I love how y’all became a family as I’ve watch through out the years. I so very much appreciate the laughter and the smiles I’ve had from watching and am great full for the hard work all of you put in to keep us safe from storms “between you and me the storms and the lightnin bugs are my favorite 😉” lol the little people around us are great full for the heads up where storms are concerned 😆 truly it helps us plan the day.. 🤣 also little Ryder Jaxon asked me to PLEASE ask OUR WEATHER MAN 🤣🤣😂 to wait on any more storms UNTIL the fireworks are over. His exact words. Well I sure wasn’t tryin to write y’all a book. 😃so thank you for being here and thank you for everything.
