Watch NRL

Game flickers when watching. Can’t fast forward / rewind reliably at all. App freezes all the time and when it doesn’t it’s barely responsive. 1 star. Would be zero stars but that’s not an option. App version hasn’t had an update in 9 months - your support team responds to reviews asking people to log a ticket/s but clearly nothing is being done about said tickets given it’s been 9 months without any updates. Given the premium price, and now the inclusion of ads, this is ridiculous. Clearly no commitment to customer satisfaction nor quality. Have some pride in your work.

In my opinion this is one of the best rugby league apps. For one monthly price you can watch every match from every round of the Telstra match. Men’s- women’s- and State of Origin. You can watch matches for the past 3 years. Video and audio quality are great. Might be a bit high priced to some people but I love being able to pay a set price and can watch all matches from all round for the current and previous years. I wish other leagues had similar apps and prices. I frequently watch matches from previous years. I think they only way the NRL app could be better is if they had a library of all matches since it’s inception but I realize that’s all tall order. I love the app regardless of it only having a few years matches on offer. Great very video and audio quality. And absolutely no commercials!

I’m stoked to be able to watch NRL on a reliable platform. My only complaint: I don’t recall this issue happening last season, but throughout this season the app stops playing several times per game and states each time that an error had occurred during playback. I then miss several seconds of live action before I can resume watching again. Very annoying.. and you never know what can happen within seconds! For how god awful pricey a subscription is, I would expect it to run smoothly.
