Walk-On's

The food and services at Walk-On’s in Alexandria, LA are always excellent. We generally eat there at least once each week and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff employees are always friendly and helpful. When I have been in a position to watch them working I have seen the same qualities exhibited with each interaction with customers. The food is consistently great quality and wait times have never been excessive. The Walk-On’s franchise has been a great place to eat (in Alexandria, Lafayette,Shreveport and Baton Rouge) and the city makes no difference whatsoever. ALL GREAT! Thanks for a wonderful restaurant experience!!

If you’re a frequent walkons eater or even if you work there i believe the app is great! You can earn rewards such as free starters and loyalty app benefits like free kids meals! I will say though the updated version is great I do miss the old reward system because I felt like I got so much more out of it while this system is basically giving you a free starter but you still have to spend a certain amount to even redeem the reward and I work there personally so I never try to spend too much because our food is expensive and my rewards have ended up expiring because but besides that I love the fact that I can upload my receipt at a later time if I’m having app difficulty

I was in the middle of check out and selected to use my reward. As I was in the next step with adding a different card after it deducted the $5 from my total, I guess I timed out while getting my card. Gave me an error about timed out so I went back into the order but my $5 reward was no longer there.
