Their communication is zero. - they just care about their money, nothing else and if you have issues with your flight and wantu edit? Just book another one because they are thieves and will leave you unattended to You don’t even deserve one star

Been using this app for a couple of years now. Wakanow is my go to travel agent for flight bookings. Great service and convenient payment options. Their prices are also pretty good!

Made a payment via my debit card for a flight they said I’m going to need a transit visa for and had to be canceled and rebook another flight. I decided not to use them again and request for a refund for my money that wasn’t used for any ticket and they said I have to wait for over 2 weeks to get my cash back. Spoke to an agent and the useless lady even hissed and ended the call. I will never use them ever again. Rubbish
