My loan isnt due till 20 and I paid on the 16th thinking it will be increased so I can used it to pay my fees But you guys froze everything why after being a faithful customer it’s not nice fr I am pained The app is a nice app but pls if you can unfreeze it Abeg

Was just trying if I could get loan from your app and successfully it went through but unfortunately, it was disbursed in the acct I have abandoned for years. Now in the app it was said that they will borrow me 5k but they disbursed 3250, so the money is due now and you guys added to the money till 7000 money wey be say na 2-3days due o and me I no get money to refund yet or time to go to the bank they even disbursed the money into. But Una Dey show power Dey add money ontop money wey I never see pay back Y’all this loans apps are thief and you’re just extorting from we poor Nigerians if you like call all my contacts shishi you no fit see again, one of your staffs even called my dad today telling him they will disgrace me if I don’t pay back pls they should do oo so I go popular well well go ahead and do whatever you like na God and government go judge our matter continue spoiling my name me sef go spoil your stupid yeye loan app

Your customer representatives don’t know how to speak at all, talking to someone as if you’re feeding the person, laying curses on customers, they can check my record I never delayed money and it’s not yet night yesterday when a representative called me to make payment and was telling me it won’t be better for her family and her family won’t w goodness in life. My money expires yesterday and representative was raining cursed on herself yesterday (lolz). Also the interest rate is way too high, only for me to wake up this morning and I saw an interest of 700 just a day o 7h, I’m sorry but I’m not paying it.
