You guys have so many issues 1. Your interest rate is too high but let’s leave that 2. How can you tell somebody that calamity will kill him and that the person will suffer till he dies 3. Your customer service is very poor and they are abusive telling me that I will work as an elephant and eat like an ant lol 4. Before I downloaded this app I checked reviews and I saw someone complaining about abusive customer care and that’s the main reason I downloaded it and took the loan just to see if the customer care is truly very abusive and guess what it’s true you guys are the worst just close up the business and go work on something else don’t go around using calamity to threaten people passing through hard times 😒

Download this app at your own risk Firstly this app has an issue of opening Secondly and the worst part is their customer services are very bad and stupid people’s only They insult,run curses on someone My loan was not even up to 13k and it’s was overdue for six days,I know am at fault for that,they said the will block my Bvn I said I will pay their money in the night because I was having issue with my bank But this so called customer service started cursing and was blabbing rubbish spitting out trash I was unable to open the app so I can pay my loan but unfortunately the app is not opening so I paid through the account details given to me by this so called customer service But I noticed that my loan is not being cleared because the app close immediately I try to open it but I can still catch a glimpse of it and I noticed that it’s still there I have a lot to say about this app and it’s about the customer services but I don’t have time for now All I want now is that nothing must happen to my Bvn and the loan should be cleared so I can remove my account from the app and delete it Thanks You guys should clear my loan o I can still see that you’re adding to my loan Have paid so please clear it o
