VivoRewards

This is the third version that I have reviewed or re-download the app from Vivocity Previously, even if you have purchased expensive electronic items, they will find ways to reject your points. Unfortunately it is not getting better. Only Fairprice can be uploaded and nobody tells you about the app scanning at the point of purchase. Oh yes, to streamline and have seamless experience, is not to dump more load for your customer service at L1. Customer service staff, at a peak tourist attraction has better things to do than us hoarding the line asking about Points FAQ. Great Rewards, Suntec and CapitaStar have done well with their point rewards. So these responses from VivoRewards sounded like an explanation for poor app migration plan? Thanks to the location of the mall, the company could afford to care less about the point earning system.

I’m impressed with the new VivoRewards App! The functionality is excellent, I easily found the stores I was looking for in the mall, making my experience hassle-free. Plus, the ability to earn points through the app is exciting and motivates me to visit the mall again to enjoy more rewards. It truly feels like a one-stop solution for everything, and I’m glad they’ve updated it. Great job VivoCity team!

Notice that the App is changed! Or should say Upgraded! It now allow me to scan for points redemption without the need to upload receipts but immediately at the store so I won’t have the usual issue of forgetting to upload anymore! Really enjoying the user journey now, plus the points is equals to cents/dollars that I can use it to offset my spendings immediately. 😁✌️
