I’m a new user of this charging service. The app installed easily and I setup my account with no problems. Today I connected to the charging station and entered the app to begin charging. I got to the point of selecting the charging unit to which I am connected but then couldn’t figure out how to proceed. I called tech support and was on hold for 10 minutes before being switched to voicemail where I left a message. All the while I was fiddling with the app and eventually pressed the magic button and got the charger switched on. I’m not certain just what I did to accomplish that. There needs to be an instruction how to proceed after selecting the appropriate charging device. So I got a message that charging is in progress. Hope all continues well from here!

The app functions well for identifying chargers and for providing funds to charge your vehicle. I’m very happy with these seamless features. However, app updates sign you out of the app, hence you must remember (or have stored somewhere) your lengthy password. I understand that signing in after an update is likely an extra added security feature; however fumbling around in 20 degree weather trying to locate and/or remember the password or trying to obtain a new password is not my idea of functionality. Many of my apps update and do not sign out with each update. These include apps that retain financial information.

Customer support was helpful and fast - new Ev car and was confused about driving and charging but the app was really easy and helpful and helped me locate the stations to charge super quickly! Love this app so much! Really straight forward and helpful! All new EV Drivers should get this app!
