I can only speak for myself but I have been with Very for quite a number of years. Yes the pricing may be a little higher but as long as you pay it all off within the time you are allocated then no interest. It just gives you a chance to take a proper look at the items. I have only had one thing which was damaged in transit and a quick phone call and another is on its way and they collect or take to Post Office - you don’t even have to print a label now. I think the way the BNPL terms are written can be quite confusing. I know I was the first time I used it. So I am going to give a run-down for anyone else was/is confused about it. I am lucky to be able to pay my items off quite quickly but as long as you pay within the time allocated you are okay. Be warned - someone I know didn’t realise that there would be double interest if you fail to pay in the allocated time. The first is accumulated during the pay off period which is discounted completely if you pay on time. The second is added onto the money you haven’t paid off and also on the first amount of interest - you don’t want to be caught out on that. I’m not being patronising but just trying to help some that understand there could be interest but may not be aware of the second amount. Happy shopping.

I like the app but I’d like to see some changes which would make it better. PAY LATER To see your items which you can only see if you select pay your pay later items. SETTING PAYMENT (non pay later) Regardless if you ordered the item and pay once it’s on its way or that your making your monthly payment that you can select the items to pay should you wish. RETURNS To see any items you have said your returning grouped together until they come off your account with the ability to attach tracking number of photo of the receipt. CONTACT Send message for a customer services to address. SENDING APP IDEAS Send ideas to change the app instead of doing this. CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICES You don’t have to give your D.O.B. Especially seeing this service is abroad but have a password instead. If not to ensure our financial safety from fraudulent employees who make a months wage for some details. THREE PAYMENTS You should be able to see three payments not just for the balance to pay at that time but also see on your account that plus your buy later items etc. In three payments and I don’t mean for all your pay later multiple orders ie one due date March 2021 and another December 2022. This would help you manage your finances better and so meaning you could part pay a pay later so that when it’s due the three payments are at a better amount if your able to forecast your finances. I’d love these ideas to be added. I’ve had to do a spreadsheet at the moment which is a pain to have to update every time.

The app is great, never any problems and excellent customer service, as well as the new products especially trainers and beauty, however.... I feel something must be done about the del8very charges. I like buying randomly or when I need something the next day from pjs for hospital to new sneakers when I am out, but as they are two separate purchases and they’re only hours or a day apart, I end up paying a FORTUNE in delivery costs! My entire world is Very, from home insurance to credit card to clothing and beauty, so feel there really should be options for deliveries and not just £3,99. It is really affecting my overall balance so add the interest and find i am starting to purchase the same items elsewhere online now. Add £4 to every item, make an outfit and you are adding £16-£20 on top.... Pity as LOVE VERY! Hope they read and listen to compliments as well as complaints and suggestions! Awesome products, keep growing, deliver for free like everybody else though as you are already charging a premium if you compare to other sites! ❣️💷💕
