This is such a difficult app to use and causes so much stress due to not being able to view teacher direct messages. I have to ask the teacher every time what they sent in person because this app will not load the messages. As of now, it will not load any message thread and kicks me off after so long of waiting for the messages to load. There are 0 notifications being sent to my phone regarding ANYTHING, causing me to manually log in every time I remember to check. I wish the school would go back to using class dojo or remind. Absolutely the worst idea to force the entire school to transition to this pointless app.

This app lacks notifications and that is pretty inconvenient. Please provide an option to toggle notifications on or off for attendance updates- specifically, unexcused absences and tardiness for High School classes. It would also be nice to receive a notification whenever documents are attached to our kid’s portals (report cards, test results, and progress reports). I see that there’s an option to toggle on social media for the schools, but nothing shows up in the portal. Maybe the schools in my area haven’t attached their social media accounts to the portal? I’m not sure.

The regular log in doesn't work. I have to click single sign on every single time. Please fix this issue
