Easy to use. Just wish I could have a flight log of my flight, to see height gained, climb rate, etc after the flight.
Flew today in light conditions using it on my watch. Responded to weak surges with sound and haptics. I look forward to using it while giving instruction in club gliders that just have mechanical varios.
I have been using this app on my watch in light off-season conditions. It seems to be working roughly as well as my external commercial Variometer. It has a haptic option, which I thought would be useful but I guess I am too conditioned to sounds:-) I haven’t used it in a wide range of conditions and flights yet, but I’m excited to have it with me. Thanks!
Variometer+ is the most responsive variometer for your iPhone or/and Apple Watch. Works for all activities (paragliding, hang gliding, aviation, ...)....
