I noticed the reviews were from more than a year ago. Either 1 or 2 years. This brings me to ponder on the accuracy of their current service. Hopefully they do not manipulate and take down the recent bad reviews… which I am going to give now. I stumbled upon this service app, downloaded and intended to try. However, I was unable to input my card details for payment. I screenshot the error hoping to report this. As I need to use the service, I selected cash payment within the app and called for a driver. To my astonishment, the app just weren’t able to get any drivers. It’s always presenting an error. Long story short, I didn’t get to use their service at all because of the broken app… or was the fleet so lean that it just couldn’t find a driver? No driver = error? Still a mystery to me. Suggestion to company, if you do not want to make effort to maintain the app, just remove it and do what other valet does - just have a call number or website for orders. Get a help personnel behind the call desk to manage appointments.

Good service but inexperienced valet. Barely 2mins after driving off, rear right wheel struck a kerb in the car park resulting in kerb rash on rim. Will not be using again.
