The app does not allow the user to report faulty chargers. An ‚internal server error‘ pops up when one tries to submit an issue.

My EV came with a complimentary 3 year Shell Recharge program or up to 10,000 kWh usage. However, it is challenging tracking my usage to-date and Shell Recharge is also not able to advise on my usage to-date. In addition, my supposed free credits for usage at Shell recharge station frequently fail to work and as a result, I end up having to pay for the charge. This is very annoying as having to interact with the call center is really a pain as the CSO are mostly clueless and unhelpful. Always a pain to get them to reinstate the wrongly deducted monies back to my wallet and had to get PML to be involved. Based on my user experience thus far over about 2 years, I’m quite certain I will ditch Shell Recharge after the end of my complimentary charging period/credits.
