This is seamlessly one of the best online banking apps I’ve used and it’s really great but I think there’s still some modifications that need to be done, there should be a section for at least the last 10-30 transaction history for reference purposes, because I’ve been having issues with getting history and proof of payments once you close the transfer page and there is no where you can review it or re-share a previous transfer receipt which is not so good, please do work on that, thanks

Sleek in its design ,easy to understand interface and making banking interesting and very important for the common man . I was so reluctant at first in downloading this app but after being persuaded by one of the staff I never looked back. Card less withdrawal , easy to access and more importantly it is secured and your cash is safe. I recommend this app for everyone both the very busy or the less busy people. The VFD Bank App is a welcome improvement to hassle free account set up using BVN validation and any government/national ID as verification. Using it, account opening is seamless and takes you less than 5 minutes. Imagine marrying the functionality of a Bank with the look and feel of a big tech company.... that is just what the VFD App does. It indeed keeps its promise of creating a better payment experience for customers with its Bill payment, Mobile Top Up feature, cashless withdrawal , Transfers etc. I believe it’s unique selling point is the Performance Management Tool built into the app in form of Target Savings and Fixed Deposit account which helps customer set budgeting targets and save money. It solves part of the pain points customers face when banking with its competitors which is convenience and ease. There is however, room for improvement in terms of the user journey through the app: such as, navigating the search functionality not to only view transactions but other features in the app, also masking the balance of a user for privacy and justifying the need of a sign in feature every time a user logs in - given the fact that a secure pin is required to validate any transaction to be carried out by a user. Improvement in the App Design (UI/UX) and Engagement (Lifestyle Products) will ensure the sustainability of the App. Shout out to the team that brought this together, you have exposed the beauty in Banking as a service.
