Very useful, not always easy, missing a few things
This tool, when running the CME hardware, allows you to filter out unwanted midi messages, make one thing (ex: control change) do something completely different (ex: play or bend a note), make a key press play a note AND send a control change, etc. Incredibly useful stuff. There is a learning curve. The “use value 2” and “use value 1” things can be a bit tricky at first. And it doesn’t recognize midi transport controls, so I cannot utilize the transport buttons on a control surface to do other things. But within its limits, it’s phenomenal.
