Union Savings Bank Mobile

I use the USB app every single day, it is typically the first app I use when I wake and open my phone. I never experienced any issues with it, until now. The interface is new but somehow looks much older, it is no longer sleek or visually appealing. Making transfers between USB accounts is now more complicated with extra steps (frequency for transfer?) than before. The biggest issue however is all of my transactions are now “pending” and my balances change frequently at all different times and on different days, they are no longer in real time. This makes it very difficult to accurately monitor my account balances. This “pending” transaction problem even caused my daughter her very first overdraft- she was livid and has contacted USB directly about it. This needs to be fixed or my family will begin banking elsewhere. Go back to transactions being recorded and deducted in real time.

***UPDATE - this issue has been corrected with the latest update. The app works great now!*** I recently upgraded my iPhone from the 8+ to the 11. The only Quick Access options available are Passcode and Touch ID. No option for Face ID. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. Is there any support to troubleshoot and fix this issue?

I have waited a few months since the big USB online and Mobile banking makeover went into effect to give myself time to get used to it. It functions, but there are some added aggravations. E.g.: if you want to do a mobile deposit, you have to log in twice. Also, the mobile deposit camera is upside down on the iPhone — making it a challenge to keep your finger off of the lens when you’re snapping the picture. If you deposit more than one check, you have to unnecessarily “continue” through the first two steps. But - it works.
