Thomaston Savings Bank

I really like the Thomaston Savings Bank app now that it’s working correctly, but I had a frustrating experience for months before it was fixed. The app kept losing my user ID, and I couldn’t log in no matter what I tried. I had to keep going into the bank to reset my password, but the issue kept happening over and over again—for about six to eight months! Thankfully, the staff was always helpful and patient, and finally, yesterday, they were able to correct the problem for good. Now that it’s working as it should, I love the convenience of the app! I just wish the issue had been resolved sooner.
