At the risk of repeating what has already been said by others, this is the worst excuse for a banking app I’ve ever experienced. I can’t decide which is worse, the app or the bank itself, probably a dead heat. Unfortunately, I have no choice and must use them because that’s where the association I represent has decided to bank. I moved my business and personal accounts (multi-million dollar accounts) to a different bank long ago, and didn’t even get a call.

More often than not, the app fails to detect the endorsement on the back of the check even though it has been endorsed. Time to update the app!

Less than mediocre app. The developers should check out Chase Bank and Bank of America apps. The performance of this app is unsatisfactory. Login is flawed. Deposits take endless clicks. Perfectly endorsed checks create error messages. The staff at the local branch couldn’t tell me what possibly could be wrong with the endorsements. Bill pay doesn’t show the check number created(it does on the PC app). I could go on and on.
