happy having dis card , particularly for d disciplined user having this card is an elevation,subject to honouring monthly bill payments if due dates are followed by all card holders , can be anticipated further facilities by card holders from this esteemed Bank, as individually I am extremely happy with proper usage of this card, n feel safe n secured for d instant SMS alerts whenever a purchase made. with regard to the UBI

Inefficient and highly not customer friendly
I am writing this review with utmost anger and disgust. I have tried reaching the customer service through toll free number which does not work at all. I tried calling other numbers and customer service executive unable to address the grievances shut the call. I have sent mail to help desk which has until date not replied. My chief manager( Erstwhile corporation bank Chamarjpet branch sent reminder mails) which is also unanswered till date. I have made three payments towards credit card which is not getting reflected. App shows latest statements as May. This is the hopeless most inefficient credit card customer service which cannot be rated even half star.
