I have been using this app for years. As a commuter it is my go to app. It looks good. It has everything I need. The live departures are often more up to date than the displays in the the stations. It tells me the platform the train will depart from. It shows me where my train is now. It shows the forecast arrival at each station on the journey. It tells me if a train is cancelled. I can see every scheduled departure from a particular station. But now the journey planner is broken. I put in the search criteria and I get a message “could not parse the retrieved data (error 65)” so I have use other apps for journey planning. When this bug is fixed it will go back to being a five star app.
Developers website doesn't exist Cambridge North station won't show and unable to search for any trains from there Just one thing that would be a great help. If you tap on a departure from a station and the train has left it won't show live information for that train. You then have to work out what time it's due at the destination to find it and get live info. Could you please update so it will show live info even if it's left station. This would be very helpful when picking someone up and you know where and what time they got on at.
Slight update, this app has been updated recently however some stations are still missing including Kirkstall Forge Was and possibly still is the best train times app on App Store with one major exception. The developer no longer seems to be supporting the app and even their website no longer exists. Unfortunately this means new stations haven't been added so you just get 'unknown' in station field (and can't search for the station). Sadly I think this app should be removed from the App Store as over time it will become increasingly out of date.
