Twigby

Twigby works well but the application is horrible. 1. I was not able use my 1st SIM card then I ordered the 2nd SIM. 2. Second sim also was also complaining that the phone is locked to some other provider. There no problem with the phone as I can use AirTel (India), T-Mobile and US mobile. The customer service fixed the issue. 3. I am using iPhone 7 and iPhone 10. When you click on Add a line—>referral rewards—>Print. Then the window pops up and stays like that. Even if you quit the application then also it will pop up. It is very frustrating and annoying. The only to get out of that situation is deleting the application and reinstalling it. Horrible!!!

Twigby Service 5 ⭐️ My Twigby App 3 ⭐️ UPDATED REVIEW App developers I hope you’re paying attention.. Maybe you don’t know there’s a problem. The main reason I used your app was to quickly check on how much data I’d used (on the 200MB plan coz I usually am on WiFi). Well for a couple weeks now the Summary page just shows acct# and no summary of my usage. And even when I go to the itemized usage page and choose data, it shows a list of the data I’ve been using all month so far..17MB on this date/time, 84MB on that date/time. If I want a total, which of course is usually all I really do want from this app, I have to add it up myself. Which while I can still do math🤔📝 it’s less convenient and it’s time consuming! The actual webpage is the same. No totals. No summary. Just have to find the usage page and add it myself😠 So developers, plz bring back the USAGE SUMMARY and plz put it top, front & center on the home start page of the app. Still love Twigby and have had 0 problems with data, phone, or text! ORIGINAL REVIEW I like that I can look at my plan, see how much data I’ve used (I’m on the 200MB deal), change plans if I need to, make a payment for anything extra.. Pretty much what you would need to do. Really loving Twigby📞 and saving💰💰💰 And the app performs well too.

Very simple and basic. It’s pretty much exactly like the website. One thing I dislike though is that it doesn’t tell you when your next bill is coming up or even how much it’s going to be.
