This app is an easier way of paying your tv licence without the bother of having to going to a shop. You can keep an eye on your account to make sure you don’t fall behind. I’ve not had any difficulties other than when you put in your house number and postcode. It looks for your address and it seems to add a letter after your door number, I end up having to remove the letter and then review payment which goes through ok and does actually pay it to my account. I checked this as I was worried but all seems fine. It’s just a good way to pay and I would recommend.

I’ve waited until I get a text message then pay for years I could reply Y and they’d automatically take the amount due but then they stopped so I had to log in then pay which I guess I’ve been doing for about 2 years. Long enough I know my numbers off by heart. The app is simple,email address & either enter your card number or take a pic and that links your license to your new app account. Then add a credit card and your done. I guess it’s a few steps less than going online which is why I like it. I hate steps lol - now call off the bailiffs who keep sending me threatening letters despite the fact I pay regularly! Not cool! Unlike this app... Poor ratings for this are mostly because they didn’t read it’s for only for paying if your on a payment plan with pay n go card via pay points. If you want to do anything other than make a payment (which you do with that card number) use the website! It’s a good app that does nothing more than let you pay. I have no need to gawp at the license or other info the website shows. This app will show all previous payments paid within the app. A rare app worth 5 stars... When it works! Think your automatic update has logged me out and I can’t get back in,may as well delete this if it does this as it will lock me out and you end up sending threatening messages with bailiffs etc.

A very easy way to pay my tv licence, it securely saves your bank car and sends me a nice sms text message reminder when next payment due. I like the app a lot. Remember that when registering, your password must be at least 10 characters (including at least 1 number) because the app won’t let you complete the last part of registration is password format incorrect.
