TULU - Own Less, Live More

First of all, they make you sign up for a monthly or annual plan. How dumb is that - there's no option to just buy one item that you want. It's impossible. So I sign up with the intention to cancel, go to buy the item, and it makes a sound and declares that the door is unlocked -- but guess what, it isn't. Maybe the wrong door unlocked or something? But they literally do not offer and button or link to press to report that the door did not unlock, or that the wrong door unlocked. Like what? Isn't that the most obvious and foreseeable error here? All it did was notice that I never took the item (which no duh, of course I didn't, the door was locked), and yet the artificial non-intelligence could not seem to figure out why, or offer any way to report the issue. The company must not care about receiving reports of faulty machines or customer satisfaction. Building is One Park Point. Prove me wrong please.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I sincerely enjoy using this service. The app is easy and straight forward, as are the services that they offer! I’ve been using TULU for over a year and it’s one of the best services my building offers. The app is cleanly laid out and even includes links to videos to teach you how to use the item you’re renting. Their saying “own less, live more” makes sense, as I don’t need to own an electric scooter, an upholstery vacuum, or an air purifier, but I can rent them easily and affordably when I need to use it. Their customer service is always helpful and they take the time to fix and assist with any errors you’re having. I hope the team stays in the small, personal groups, it’s so nice to see familiar names in emails or when I text them for assistance. Thank you TULU team!

Not sure if they really cleaned things up since quarantine started but I haven’t had any problems. I went to check out what was avail and was ecstatic to see all the little things that would make my life easier for really cheap, reasonable pricing. Finally access to a printer!! I really like the idea of owning less, especially being someone who moves so often.
