I’ve recently moved, and am unable to log in because the login service, “residentapp” keeps defaulting to the old building. This used to work fine when I owned properties in NYC and DC, but it seems to have now changed and locks you into only one building. Which is a problem if you move. I need the app to work because the website, which I can log into, is not a responsive design and doesn’t work properly on mobile. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I have the Building Link app on my iPhone 14 Pro, and the functionality is much better. I’m able to see documents and see my click pay info. This app, Building Link, Residential, installed on my iPad Pro, has just the basics. I’d like to be able to do more on my iPad, since there’s a bigger screen. Unfortunately, I have to rely on my iPhone for complete information and to pay my condo fees.

It just flat out doesn’t work. It just keeps glitching and refusing to even log in. And it’s not just the app but also the website it’s also just constantly glitching. I’ve been attempting to use the app for a week with zero success. 0 stars if I could and sorry to anyone with no choice but to use the app.
