A dog faucet is leaking, evidenced by a steady flow of water saturating the area where children play. It is Friday night and the water department says it is a nonemergency. Really? By tomorrow I wonder how much potable water will be lost. I read that Arizona’s access to Colorado River is being curtailed. Our underground reservoirs, with less water in them, could lead to soil subsidence and potential cracks to buildings located above the reservoirs. Thank you for taking care of our city.
